I FOUND THIS GREAT RECIPES ON THE BLOG HELEN .
IS A REMAKE OF THE FAMOUS AND DELICIOUS LEMON SQUARES THAT HAVE BEEN AROUND THE BLOGOSPHERE. THEY ARE THERE AND ALMOND Frangipani, A GOOD ALTERNATIVE TO THE KINGS OF CAKE FOR UNCONDITIONAL FOR A CREAM OF ALMOND.

QUICK TO PREPARE IN A REAL DELIGHT.

For the base:
- 125g butter 1 / 2 salt
- 40g icing sugar
- 180g flour

For the frangipane:
- 100g butter, melted
- 125g icing sugar
- 125g ground almonds
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of almond extract
- 1 case water orange blossom



  • Prepare the base: Mix flour, icing sugar and stir in softened butter. In a mold or silicone coated baking paper (size of the mold 20 × 20 cm), pack preparation sanded. Bake at 200 degrees for about twenty minutes (color monitor) and let cool.

  • Prepare the almond paste: Mix together eggs, sugar, almond extract, water, orange blossom. Add the ground almonds and melted butter. Pour the mixture into the pan on the base and then re bake 20 minutes.

Let cool before cutting into squares, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with jasmine tea.
