A RECIPE FOR TOURS IN KITCHEN, where I added some diced GRUYÈRE ON TOP OF HEAVEN-LI!
For 3 persons:
- 300g fish (cod)
- 125g milk
- 2 rutabagas
- 1 potato
- 3 cases of olive oil
- 2 sprigs parsley (I n 't have been because I do not like that)
- 1 rusk
- 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Cooking Fish: Steamed, Bring the milk, thyme, bay leaf and fish in a bowl. Cover and microwave 5 minutes or less. After this time, flake the fish and reserve the cooking juices.
- Cooking the vegetables: Peel and chop turnips and potatoes, put them in the bowl with the juices of the fish, cover and cook in microwave 10 minutes. After this time, mash the vegetables with a fork, adding 2 cases of olive oil and reserve the cooking juices.
- Assembly: Divide the fish into a baking dish, drizzle with a case of olive oil, cover with vegetables and drizzle the remaining juices . Season (flat out), add the chopped parsley, the crushed biscuit (and for me, with some diced cheese).
- Cooking time: 20 minutes Bake at 180 degrees before serving warm.
